Ms. Norris is the organizational champion of our Quality Control efforts. Working with her team of QC Specialists, Becky monitors the dehydrating, packaging, and reconstitution process for all 200 of our units.

Once asked, "Why did you join the House of Toast team?" she replied, "Where else can you get paid for getting toasted every day!" That kind of attitude, carries over into her relationship with her team of specialists, where the focus is on doing what we love and not settling for anything less than perfection.

A graduate of the Sorbonne, Becky specialized in bread and pastry development. Awarded the coveted "Pain de la Busch" award in 1999, she is a highly sought after expert on bread fabrication and unconventional toasting technologies.
